1.HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

We understand the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Moreover, we also believe in giving the perfect fit and pieces to our customers.


DOMESTIC ORDERS : We take 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : We take 15 to 25 days for international orders.

2.TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has been dispatched, will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3.CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TEXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or texes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on the import duties and Texes applicable to your country.

4.UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,or if the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.We will contact the customer to arrange for re-shipment or a refund, excluding the original shipping and return shipping fees.

5.CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE CHANGED?

Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.

 6.CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are carefully prepared and ready for shipping. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary.

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact connect.vaniindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed and fees may apply depending on the stage of production.
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days of cancellation confirmation.

7.EXCHANGE POLICY 

Before you return our product please take a moment to think about how much we poured our hearts into making it. all our products we make with so much love and care.

All orders go through a strict quality checks before shipping. However if you receive a damaged product or parcel please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order. Product opening process video is mandatory if you wish to exchange the product.
